3. Arrival & Location
From Connolly Train Station (approximately 10–12 minutes away), the most convenient option is to take the Red Line Luas tram towards The Point and travel to Spencer Dock stop, which is located directly in front of the hotel; all Luas trams are wheelchair accessible and provide level boarding.
From Heuston Station (approximately 20–30 minutes), guests can take the Red Line Luas towards The Point and travel directly to Spencer Dock stop, offering a step-free route from the station to the hotel entrance.
From Dublin Airport (approximately 20–30 minutes) 13kms , the Dublin Express coach operates to Custom House Quay/North Wall Quay, which is a short, level distance from the hotel.
Taxi ranks are available outside both train stations and the airport terminals. Guests who may require assistance are welcome to contact the hotel in advance so our team can be prepared to help on arrival.

- The hotel has step-free access and automatic doors at the main entrance.
- The front desk and lounge areas are wheelchair accessible
5. Lift Access
The hotel has lifts to all flowers at lower height, allowing easy access to bedrooms and facilities.
6. Accessible Public Toilets
There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom near the foyer area.
There are 2 public wheelchair friendly bathrooms, with a baby changing table at lower height.
7. Accessible Bedrooms
12 rooms specially adapted are available on request 2 of which have interconnecting bedrooms, featuring walk-in showers and bathrooms telephone reachable from the bed spyhole and lightswitch at lower height designed for ease of use and emergency pull cords in all accessible rooms.
8. Accessible Bathrooms / En‑Suites
Our accessible rooms feature walk in showers.
9. Dining & Social Spaces
- The hotel has step-free access and automatic doors throughout all public areas.
- Routes throughout the hotel are wheelchair friendly, and guests can contact the hotel directly if they have specific requirements to ensure the most suitable room and support are arranged.
10. Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs are welcome.
11. Safety & Staff Training
- An evacuation chair is available in case of emergency
- There is 1 wheelchair available to rent on request subject to availability
- There is a vibrating pillow pad alarm to alert deaf & hard of hearing guests in case of emergency available on request
- 24 hour guest assistance available
