Meetings can be fully catered for in a variety of ways either privately in-room, in the adjacent breakout area or in the stylish hotel restaurant.
There are a wide-ranging selection of lunchtime menu options where the emphasis is on serving meals that are quick and convenient as well as healthy and interesting. Choices range from grab-and-go boxes, express lunches or three-course plated luncheons, to an informal standing folk buffet or even poke bowls.
For after the event why not consider a social gathering to mix and mingle with attendees either in-private on the mezzanine floor or reserve an area in the vibrant hotel bar.
Meeting Room Capacity
Our state-of-the-art meeting rooms in Dublin City Centre are beautifully designed and set on a private mezzanine floor overlooking Spencer Place and Central Square. The rooms are equipped with Clevertouch technology that interfaces seamlessly with all laptops for full control of presentations, poly conferencing and digital collaborations. All rooms are fully air conditioned and have natural light.

What to Expect
In advance of your meeting, we will send details of the meeting facilities, room set-up, service and procedures as well as food and beverage service and menus to your meeting organiser, so you will know what to expect.
Meeting organisers will be asked to arrive 30 minutes before the event start time and check-in at hotel reception on arrival.
Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the hotel, supported by signage to promote good hand and respiratory hygiene. Additional signage will advise delegates what rooms they are in and directions.
Meeting Room Set-Up
Your meeting room door will be sealed to guarantee thorough sanitisation before entry. A vigorous cleaning programme will be carried out throughout the day with key touchpoints being frequently cleaned & rooms being sanitised at least twice daily using a Sanitising spray.
Reduced Room Capacities
We are delighted that our meeting & events facilities are now fully operational and can be set up to reflect physical distancing with a suitable spacing of a minimum of 2-metres between delegates. This does mean however that our maximum capacities have been considerably reduced for now until distancing restrictions are lifted.
Table Set-Up
To limit touchpoints, minimal stationery will be provided in each room and separate bottles of water & glasses will be supplied for each delegate.
Food & Beverage Service
As much as possible food will be served within the meeting room. Self-service and buffets have been replaced by table service of food and beverage. For larger gatherings of 10+ delegates, tea, coffee and food will be served by a member of staff from a food station.
